An Overview of The Psychological Well-Being Of Entrepreneurs In Riau Province

At this time when competition in the economy is increasing and COVID-19 pandemic situation, not all entrepreneurs entrepreneurship are able to reach level of psychological well-being because no one can guarantee whether business will be successful or not.
 This study aims give description on Riau Province during determine differences among base demographic data entrepreneurs.
 The method used collect a scale distribute questioners 130 Province. sampling technique cluster random sampling. analytical descriptive analysis different test using program SPSS 23.0.
 Based test, it was found that classified as moderate. dimensions self-acceptance, positive relationships with others, autonomy, purpose life environmental mastery moderate, while personal growth high. results also show hypothesis rejected significant difference well- being based factors tested.
